Know before you go
The Dragon Eye in Dugi otok is located in Brbišćica Bay. If you are visiting the spot come in the early morning because parking is limited.
From the main road, you will find the path climbing up at the junction that leads to the Brbinj ferry. Don’t get impressed because the road at the start is really steep.
Come to Dugi otok by ferry that departs in Zadar Gazenica and arrives to Brbinj. The crossing takes about 90 minutes. You will need a car to get to the cave.
The best time to visit Dragon Eye in Dugi otok is when the sea is quiet, so with no waves and south wind blowing.
Remember that there are no bars, so take yourself at least one bottle of water. Then for walking on the rocks wear sneakers or at least good flip-flops.
