Turkish Coffee and Espresso Coffee
When most people think of Turkish coffee and espresso they think that the taste is the same. But when you dive deeper you feel the differences, although the ingredients are the same, namely water and ground coffee beans. For espresso you use the moka, which forces hot water trough coffee grounds at high pressure making a creamy and concentrated drink.
While for Turkish coffee, the preparation is very different. In fact, you use a high-sided pot called dzezma in which you put the coffee grindingis and you boil it with sugar. You get a tasty drink without filtering. When the sediment settles to the bottom of the cup it creates a very aromatic drink.

Turkish Coffee Recipe
Making a good Turkish coffee is simple; you need a cup of water of about 60 ml, a tablespoon of finely ground coffee and sugar. Secondarily you need a small pan with high sides and a handle. At this point you put the water in the pan and add the coffee with sugar, mixing to get a smooth mixture without lumps. The temperature must remain low so that the coffee slowly releases its aromas. As soon as a froth forms on the surface, remove from the heat and wait a moment for the coffee to settle to the bottom of the pot
